I find the property to be quite good clean and at a good location. The parking was slightly on the higher side and they were limited slots. When I was there. The check-in process was painfully long. This could have been better but overall service was reasonable.

I have stayed at this hotel several times before. A good breakfast, clean, good in room facilities for the price and helpful staff.

Unbelievable and a lifetime experience I highly recommend! Amazing views from all parts of the island with great friendly staff willing to help with anything you required! Missing my morning mosmosos at breakfast or two lol to start my day!

InterContinental Grand Ho Tram. A beautiful and expansive resort complex with spacious rooms, a well-positioned location, and a pleasant beachfront setting. The hotel staff do an excellent job managing sea debris and maintaining the beach area. The resort offers a good gesture by providing a shuttle bus service transporting guests between Ho Chi Minh City and the hotel, making travel more convenient and comfortable. The breakfast offers a wide variety of selections, and the staff throughout the resort are friendly, welcoming, and attentive. One minor area for improvement: I noticed one guest eating and chewing food directly in front of the buffet counters. Perhaps management could consider placing a polite sign requesting guests to refrain from eating in front of the buffet stations, as this would help maintain a more refined dining atmosphere. Overall, a very enjoyable and relaxing resort experience.
