We just stayed at the hotel to finish our trip to Spain and Portugal. We chose to stay in Alcala because it is very close to the Madrid airport and also because we love the city of Alcala de Henares. We found ample free street parking for our rental car so it was easy to drive into the old town from the hotel for dinner and drinks. As Titanium members, we received a great upgrade to a huge room with a sofa bed. The room was quiet and clean. We will definitely stay at this AC again in the future.

Great location for restaurants and shopping but finding the hotel with the GPS was difficult due to the road block.

Brice at the front desk was our initial nice experience. He was very professional, kind and friendly. The room was wonderful and very comfortable. My favorite part was the breakfast which was delicious.
酒店回复：Thanks for the thoughtful review Anna. Brice deserves all the accolades he receives and is one of our Rock Stars at the front desk. I'm also very pleased to hear you enjoyed our breakfast as we have put a lot of thought into what we have available. We appreciate your time and hope to see you again soon.
