First time here. I dined in & it was peaceful, restaurant staff were friendly. Roof top was the best part?? Kudos to Rex Opa for the hospitality & tour around????

Lobby and bar looked okay but rest of the place was in need of a major update. Furniture was old and marked up, room could use fresh paint, walkways were crumbling in many locations. Check in was easy and staff was courteous. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean and well lit.

Beautiful hotel located in the heart of Coral Gables. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops and a short drive to to/from airport as well as Coconut Grove and Brickell area. The lobby bar is fun and lively and the restaurant next door, Mika, is a must try even if just for drinks/bites at the bar.
Definitely recommend and will be staying there again.

Extremely poor service. Long waiting Times for absolutely everything. Very noisy rooms. It was very disppointing and ruined our holidays. Very expensive for what you get. It is at best a 3 star hotel. Would not recommend

Was nice hotel etc but our room was so hot and which made it uncomfortable and the tv was not working we didn’t find out till like 2145 at the night and they did offer to move room but they should of checked before hand especially in a hotel like that just ruined the whole experience

A wonderful spot. The hosts are spectacular - lovely people who go out of their way to make you comfortable. The evening set menu is fantastic and not to be missed.
