Au Logis aux Maison, à Chaource, chaque bouchée est un voyage. Le repas était tout simplement incroyable : les ravioles aux langoustines, d’une délicatesse exquise, ont éveillé nos sens. Le spa, lui, nous enveloppe de sérénité, et l’accueil attentif de la famille Enfer, et notamment celui d’Inesia, a rendu ce moment inoubliable !

Aucun accueil, nous disons bonjour, on nous répond bonsoir alors qu'il est 12h30. Qui sont les patrons ? Personnel pas à la hauteur, vous demandez quelque chose, on vous répond "je demande en cuisine". Le plus beau : pleine saison des asperges coupées en 2. Ris de veau de la bouillie sauce crème et pomme fruit pas cuite. Plateau de fromage : il vaut mieux avoir un camembert sur la table. Et là pour conclure, une tarte tatin servit à la carte de la même fa?on qu'au menu. Dommage pour Lamotte Beuvron et restauration à revoir

Penso che la struttura non ha bisogno di nessuna recensione ,i fatti parlano da sé !!!! Voto 10+ Siamo arrivati e siamo stati accolti da Star ,dal ritiro auto e valigia fino alla presentazione dell’Hotel . Personale molto qualificato ,spiaggia privata molto raffinata e pulita . Grande la presenza del Signor Andrea penso che sia un bar man di livello internazionale,dalla presentazione dei Cocktail e dal modo come li compone idem il suo secondo il Signor Riccardo. Ottima la Spa ,che dire tutto 10 e lode .

As usual my stay has been very enjoyable. The hotel is professionally well run and I could not find any fault neither in the overall services than the quality of the food.

I stayed a couple of nights and especially enjoyed my upstairs room with a nice view across the fields and road. It was pretty quiet altho the inn is right on the small road as others have mentioned. Mostly traffic around here time people come and go to work. Dinners were good. The managers are pleasant. Did not have breakfast so can't comment. The continental part was unexciting. I is convenient to Blenheim Park and Palace. IT is an historic building so all the rooms are different and a little querky.
