It was an amazing stay and all the staff were friendly

Fantástico hotel en un magnífico edificio, habitaciones acordes, aunque alguna tiene el cuarto de ba?o peque?o, y, para mí gusto, no demasiado cómodo. Aún no he ido a un hotel donde los arquitectos hayan intentado hacer un cuarto de ba?o moderno y hayan superado a uno clásico, sobre todo en comodidad. Pero el hotel es fabuloso, las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, con muy buen gusto decoradas, el resto del establecimiento es sensacional. Desayuno muy bueno. Sin duda alguna un hotel para repetir.

We had a bad experience at the onset at vivanta Guwahati especially the restaurant and the staff. The room was upgraded but there was no feeling of upgradation. Posted pics where one can see the room had leftovers from earlier guest meaning the room was given without proper cleaning which should be the industry standard. Cigarette lighter, bottle lid etc. Were visibly lying on the floor and we had kids *****. The bamboo basket was empty which otherwise should have had some complimentary cookies or fruits. The hotel is made of structure which lasts for long and needs lengthy renovations when taken up BUT when guest checks in he looks for comfort and pamper at the cost he is paying and not to find garbage lying in a given room. The restaurant we were in served buffet as well as Ala carte but the staff there was more interested in guests taking buffet only! It was a dhaba style experience in five stare vivanta Guwahati where the 7 restaurant staff seemed to be in a hell lot of hurry not even making eye contact with guests and no warmth..the moment we said we want to go for a la carte the staff started to behave very rudely. Fine...the table it was also fit for just two while we were 4 persons. Hardly there was any place to put big plates forget small plates. Do look at the pictures attached. I kept the water bottle on the floor as there was no space on the two by two table! The staff on a road side dhaba to kaziranga is more polite,smiling and well dressed rather than this vivanta's. We were at vivanta Shillong and there we had a all together different and very pleasant experience with staff taking one to one personal care and insight about our food and were smiling and very professional. Overall the service here seemed lacking. Huge parking, huge hotel but lacked professional etiquette and it seemed the staff here is not trained enough to satisfy the guests requirements. I wish all the best to the management to have their staff on their toes NOT just running around while serving food but also to understand that a guest needs more of love and not just comfort. We saw one steward just roaming with two glasses of juice and he asked everyone whose order was it and ultimately completing it with the couple who actually was sitting just at the entry! Location is good. Parking is ample. One to one contact needs to be developed. Service staff needs to be smiling. The guests in the restaurant were much less compared to vivanta shillong but still the staff here gave us a feeling that we were bothering them!

Paid for high level upper floor suite overlooking water.Received regular room on 2nd floor overlooking garbage dumpster. Was told that was the only room available. Later that evening was walking by front desk as a guest was checking in. Guest Was told his room was on sixth floor overlooking the water. Manager was unresponsive when I asked why we got a terrible room and this other person got the room I should’ve had. High parking fees. Don’t stay here

Chambre neuve, petit déjeuner de qualité

Très belle expérience, excellent accueil de la part de Ibrahim et éric. Très calme, bcp de charme, super spa et piscine. Possibilité de resto sur place, mais aussi des resto et bars très sympas à 5min à pieds. A refaire!

H?tes charmants, endroit reposant. Nous avons passés un très bon moment.

This hotel is well located near the historic center and Metro and bus stations. It is clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that people kept talking loud way after midnight in the courtyard below our bedroom one of the nights. It prevented us from sleeping well.

Basic, not the most comfortable bed and aircon is old and absolutely loud. It worked well to heat the room up before bed time. Budget option, could improve the mattress though.
