We stayed in the deluxe 2 bedroom cabin which is very nice clean and tidy. Our only problems were the shower floor which was slippery and as an older couple we didn't feel safe in it and there was nothing to hang onto. The other thing is there is no balcony or deck to sit outside.

Mooi hotel , rustig gelegen. Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst. Mooie kamers met comfortabele bedden. Mooie Proven?aalse tuin met ruim zwembad. Veel mogelijkheden om rustig te verpozen in de tuin. Zeer goede ligging om de streek te verkennen. In de buurt mogelijkheid om fietsen te huren. De Via Venaissia is een aanrader als fietstocht. Alleen spijtig dat het ontbijt zo sober is: er is bijvoorbeeld ongetwijfeld de mogelijkheid om meer variatie in lokale kaas aan te bieden.

cleaning staff did not clean rooms. just made bed. stayed for two whole weeks and had the same sheets the whole time. did not have garbages cleaned every other day (more like every 4 days). are not inclusive for people of all tax brackets, they expect you to use only credit for your stay and overcharge your card if you do not have a high enough credit limit.

Highly recommend Normanville Jetty Holiday Park! We changed our booking from Echo Holiday Parks after reading the great reviews, and we’re so glad we did. We stayed in a standard cabin with our dog, and while I wasn’t expecting much as I’m quite picky about cleanliness, the cabin was lovely, tidy, and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again.

设施：空间不错，床挺大的 衞生：乾净整洁无异味 环境：步行至火车站约五分钟左右，出门就是河畔 服务：工作人员服务热情，办理入住退房速度快

We stayed at this hotel with our 2 year-old & it was so relaxing. We were worried at first that it’s not specifically a kid-friendly hotel but we spent the early morning drinking coffee & playing in their open restaurant (away from the rooms so we didn’t wake others), ordered all our meals in advance (food was great!), spent our mornings at the Sol pool where they have hammocks & lots of shading but we had the pool all to ourselves, then the afternoons at the infinity pool which has a big shallow area that’s perfect for kids. Even the calm house music they played at the pool was so relaxing. The view is beautiful & the staff were all so great.

We requested and stayed in a handicap accessible room. Many of the features were fine. However, the lighting needs to be updated. There should be NIGHT LIGHTS in the bathroom and the main room. We brought one on our own, and unfortunately forgot to take it home with us. But the hotel needs to figure out a solution for people seeing their way to the bathroom during the night, without turning on strong lights (which wake a person up). And then is the bathroom, to find a person's way about without the full strong lights that are the only alternative. There could also be a comfortable chair with hand rails. There was a desk chair that should be replaced because it doesn't help a person to sit or stand with the help of side arms. Lastly, there was no directory in the room for instructions on how to use the TV, how to find certain channels, or how to arrange for a wake up call. It would be nice to hear back once these problems are addressed at this Valparaiso Holiday Inn Express. Otherwise, this is a nice place to stay.
