Very noisy location if you open the Balfour smell all kind of food which make me nauseous. I thought that the hotel has its own beach access but no the view was only from the balcony and the public beach is not well maintained! Breakfast and lobby areas are small ! And breakfast buffet is not a five star restaurant! It’s not a five star ?? hotel!

We are welcome by a group of Parrots and Wallaby when we arrived^_^ Beautiful Resorts and comfortable cabin especially Peninsula Cabin with kitchen and BBQ facilities. We like it so much, already plan for next trip^_^

Excellent appartement ,very clean, spacious at a great location.

Abbiamo soggiornato solo per una notte ed e stato piacevole in quanto l ambiente e molto accogliente. Il personale credo che sia il loro punto forte,gentile socievole molto attento..la reception molto carina suddivisa in piccoli ambienti zona lettura,caratteristica con dei libri( credo d esposizione) e un camino,la zona di conversazione..la zona giochi dal classico biliardino al videogames anni 80 street fighter..poi arredo vecchio che richiama gli anni trascorsi con casse antiche pendolo e macchina da scrivere..il punto ristoro semplice stile più moderno carino nel complesso. Le camere sono molto spaziose enormi..dotate di un mini frigo ,TV letti abbastanza comodi con cuscini in base alle esigenze pietre o soffici. Un punto negativo lo troverei nei corridoi per quanto carina( ritorno al passato) ma non di mio gradimento " la moquette". In camera pare ci sia un parquet stile anni 80/70.. Un altra cosa poco piacevole, i bagni devono avere delle docce..noi abbiamo trovato una vasca con idromassaggio molto alta e poco pratica poiché i bambini non erano autonomi nell accesso..per chi arriva in auto ha diverse zone di parcheggio 2 piccole vicino all entrata e uno abbastanza grande alle spalle e credo che quella zona dovrebbe essere sistemata specie per arrivare all entrata un passaggio molto trascurato ..in abbandono..se non si cerca grandi lussi e un ottimo hotel semplice e abbastanza pulito

Beautiful hotel and grounds. Very comfortable bed and great service. In particular the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Surrounded by rather dreary light industry you sweep through gates into a little oasis. Glorious building, gardens and huge parkland. Our dog was in seventh heaven. Our ground floor room was very comfortable and well stocked with delicious things to eat and drink, and we enjoyed having drinks before dinner with the other guests and then a “no choice’ but excellent three course dinner with a good and affordable wine list. Breakfast also excellent. No idea what the previous reviewer meant; suspect she is just a troll; must be a nightmare for people who run hotels when you get someone who just loves to be nasty

Excellent hotel located in the heart of the historic town. Our room was well appointed and the breakfast buffet was delicious.
