Hotel very run down, corridors and carpets worn. Room was clean enough in terms of bedding and bathroom, however there was an overwhelming malodour in the bedroom, like feet or drains, really bad. The outside sitting area there was green moss on the ground and heavy cobwebs so we did not use this. The remote control was encrusted with dirt around the buttons so we did not use this either. Hotel was full and we only spent one night there so another room wasn’t an option . I would seriously question the 4 star rating on this property, in good conscience I would not recommend the property, location very good and staff helpful but generally unpleasant stay due to the environment which desperately needs improvement.

Parfait, tout s'est bien passé. Tout l'équipe de bar avec Rosalia,Peppe et Tony très gentil et serviable. Animation diversité et bien veuillante avec les vacanciers : Francesca,Johnny, Naji ,Gabrielle,chiara et Giulia. Réception disponible et accueillante. La restauration assez bien, point positif placement des l'arrivée.

Happy staff, clean repainted rooms. Dinner and breakfast excellent with a gorgeous garden area

服务很好，原来的房间没有wifi 即可就给换了，只是热水器出水的管子漏水，入住的时候房间设施要检查好，

Nice hotel, good location

Sono anni che siamo ospiti di questo affascinate albergo . Albergo tipico di montagna con ampie ed accoglienti sale una con un immenso camino. Arredamento molto caldo con una bellissima sala ristorante. Il personale è straordinario tutti dalla sala ristorante alla portineria alle signore delle pulizie sono di una cortesia e disponibilità unica. è una spa per cui troverete piscine,idromassaggio,saune etc. Vi è anche un servizio navetta che a chiamata porta alle piste da sci. è possibile fare trattamenti al viso ed al corpo e posso assicurare che Olena è di una bravura estrema. Le suite sono ampie e comode . Il bagno dispone sia di un’ampia doccia che di una vasca idromassaggio. Noi ci torniamo tutti gli anni.

Fantastic location and service. Staff were very supporting and gracefully food was good. Himalaya View from balcony was mesmerising .

Very comfortable bed but room far far too hot, window open but directly out side the beer garden so noisy. This would be fine if thoughtful ear plugs were provided. Felt quite exposed opening the window more, but room temperature so high, fan provided was pathetic so did not sleep well at all. I’m sure on a cool day it would be lovely however. Sadly had to leave before breakfast at 8 during weekends - I made a mistake and thought it would be 7.30 still. Lovely place but potential to be fantastic - could just be this room
