Hotel has very comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet was excellent and extremely fresh. It is a little out of the way and requires bus, cab or uber to get in town.

Love the location it’s near most of the wine yard and easy to find Morning waking up to kangaroos jumping at the balcony side it’s so close up that it felt so unreal

The person from the front desk was very rude and feels like the owner from the hotel, no want to give me another towel for my hair claiming that was one towel per person even though I stay in a bedroom for 4. Then when check in she didn’t gave us the keys activated and make us to go to the line like just new clients.

Excellent visit. We were upgraded to a lovely family room. The gym and swim facilities were very clean, modern and well maintained. Thank you for the free member parking as well.

Der Service an der Rezeption war gut, leider ist das beim Frühstück nicht so. Die verantwortliche Dame gibt sich extrem pingelig: obwohl nur wenige G?ste zum Frühstückangemeldet waren (keine 10 Br?tchen im Korb), und der erste 4 Minuten vor 6:30 Uhr erschien, wurde der abgewiesen, obwohl alles bereits fertig vorbereitet war. Diese Kleinlichkeit verdirbt einem das Frühstück schon im Voraus. Diese Dame fiel dadurch schon bei mehreren Aufenthalten auf. Da das Hotel auch zu den teureren H?usern der Region geh?rt, bin ich nicht bereit das so hinzunehmen, und buche dort, wo man als Gast willkommen ist und auch dieses spüren kann.

Vor diesem Zeitpunkt kann das Buffet leider noch nicht freigegeben werden, da einzelne Komponenten – wie z. B. frische Backwaren von unserer regionalen B?ckerei oder die warmen Buffet-Komponenten– erst ab 6:30 Uhr vollst?ndig zur Verfügung stehen. Wir prüfen den Fall intern und suchen nach einer L?sung, dass die Frühstückszeiten (noch) besser kommuniziert werden k?nnen. Als 4-Sterne-Hotel bieten wir unseren G?sten neben dem kostenfreiem Parken auch einen Sauna- und Wellnessbereich, ein eigenes Restaurant sowie weitere Serviceleistungen. Прекрасный отель в Дилижане. С шикарным видом на горы. Бесплатно повысили категорию и сделали комплимент от отеля шампанское и клубника. Мы в восторге. Номер в новом здании. Чистый надраенный, огромная кровать, панорамный вид на горы. Роскошный завтрак включён. Есть спа 2 бассейна и сауна. Рекомендую

Awesome newly renovated self contained unit..Exceeded all our expectations - nice new everything incl all needed cooking utensils and proper cookware. Hope future guests look after all of that and not mistreat it. Awesome place. Will be back !

Arrived 30mins after checkin allowed and when entered room it had not been made up. Offered another room to which they gave the wrong key to the one indicated in the map. Crockery & utensils in cupboards dirty, constant dripping & flushing sound from bathroom all night. No hot tub/spa as indicated in photos, no games room as also indicated in photos. Following morning, 15mins before checkout time and prior to us leaving cleaners tried to come in. Wpuld not recommend this place.
