前台可以领免费的咖啡，设施也很好，智能，停车也非常方便，电车还有充电桩，是我来云南住过最好的酒店，并不为过，建议店家加强wifi服务

The place feels like a strange ghost town. It’s kind of eerie. Not a healing energy, more sterile with no personality. The juice bar was closed, when I wanted a latte, they had no almond milk, i changed my order, i had to wait for the front desk person to meet me at the cafe to help me. It seems understaffed as though they are on the brink of going out of business. Stains on chaise lounge and rug in room and toilet. I went to restore myself for a night and I did not feel restored. I will not be returning.

Great stay. Great location. Great staff

Sehr gutes Essen, netter Service und saubere Zimmer

The location is in a quiet small community on the hill. Amenities are very good and service is excellent. Various options for breakfast. We enjoy the stay very much. High recommend.

Absolutely discusted in this hotel the owners were extremely rude and not helpful at all ended up loosing $200 booking here and didnt even get to stay the night because of there stuff up

Staff were very accommodating & very nice too . Clean rooms & super fresh dinner menu . Though the menu is limited, the Chef was flexible & gave us options based on availability. They could expand on beverage selections & keep on hand stock . WiFi was excellent. Pool was very clean . The owners were extremely wonderful. The hotel is a great place to stay & i will return & stay there again . We had breakfast at the roof top & we also watch the stunning sunsets there . Truly a beautiful place to stay . We stayed 3 nights and I have no complains . Thank you Dive Batanes Lodge & Restaurant.

The breakfast room is a wonderfulassetwith so much choice of food and a gluten free option.

Superbe séjour au sein du domaine . Bien entretenu équipe au top . Le concept est sympa .

It was all well done. We especially like having an indoor pool and exercise room. The laundry room was great to have but we didn’t use it this time. The breakdast was fine and the area was clean. The dining room was crowded when we were there, but that was because several individual guests sat at tables for 4. Overall, it was perfect for our extended family to gather for ESU graduation weekend!
