酒店竟然有KTV，大半夜嚎一整晚，谁睡得着，真是服了，你特价房就写清楚，是低楼层，听得见ktv，大家可以选择，接受就低价，不接受就原价，而不是把人骗过去然后安排在ktv上面。这家算威远比较好的酒店了，但是也没有想到楼下就是ktv，是酒店里麪开了ktv！！！

酒店回复：尊敬的宾客您好，看到您的评价，我们心里非常愧疚，没能让您在酒店睡个安稳觉，真的非常抱歉！KTV噪音确实是我们一直想解决的问题，这次您的反馈也让我们更加重视。您提到活动房安排低楼层的情况我们向您做一个解释，酒店绝不存在将活动房刻意安排低楼层，您入住时间是15号早晨6点零6分，14/15号酒店出租率都达到90%以上，早晨时段房间客人都在住，确实没有其他楼层房间可以安排。酒店最佳入住时间是14点后（平台有注明），宾客对朝向、楼层、更换房型等提出合理需求酒店都是无条件满足，但早晨时段没能做好安排确实很抱歉。收到您的意见后我们也第一时间了解了情况，前台考虑您当时有表达需要着急休息，就迅速安排了当下能够安排的房间，这个楼层也都是正常售卖的，当日也是一层接近20个房间全部有房客，每位客人对噪音的感官不同，这确实是我们没有考虑周全，真诚向您致歉！我们深知一次糟糕的体验会影响您对我们的信任，也真诚希望能通过后续的改进，重新获得您的认可。如果您愿意，欢迎随时联系我们，祝您生活愉快！??

El hotel increíble, muy bien cuidado el detalle y la decoración, la zona de spa balneario, fue lo único que no nos gusta, instalaciones poco cuidadas, las duchas no funcionaban y la gran mayoría de los chorritos tampoco, nos pareció muy caro 30€ por persona, para unas instalaciones que tienen que reformar y ponerlas a la altura de hotel que está espectacular

Amazing views over Poole! We ate dinner at the hotel as we wanted to enjoy the view. Breakfast was busy which is to be expected as I think all room rates include breakfast- they had to pause taking orders for 5/10 mins as the chef had too many orders . It would be a good idea to ask guests to book a time for breakfast in order to avoid a sudden influx at one time. Lots of stuff ran out and staff members seemed stressed. The rooms very very nice with great jet bath. Air con worked well. As it's an old hotel the floor boards above us were a bit noisy and walls were thin. But the king size bed was very comfy. Would definitely return. Dinner was lovely and the waiter was great. It would have been nice to have the option to dine outside but apparently there weren't enough staff. Great location for the beach.

Conforme à ce qu'on attend d'un 3 étoile. Un plus, existence d'un parking avec borne de recharge (11€ pour la nuit)

This is so quiet and peaceful that it is amazing hotel full of very beautiful people. Well done

The reviews I read before I booked stated something other than what I experienced. The room was hot so we turned the air down to 60. By the time we woke up .. we were drenched in sweat. We couldn’t change rooms because the clerk said there were no more rooms. I got up to look out the window and the floor was soaked from the air conditioner. It took 10 mins for the shower to get hot. I wasn’t going to write a review, but I don’t want others to be fooled by the false reviews. I think they actually paid for the reviews. The pics you see online is not what you see when you stay there (not for us). All other surrounding hotels were booked up, so we just neared with it for that one night ??

The motel lived up to all expectations. Great place to stay in Maryborough

While the location of the hotel is excellent, the services provided were far below expectations.I was shockingly charged ?400 for a simple bowl of cornflakes just because my wife was unwell and I could not leave the room. What made the experience even worse was the humiliating argument I had to endure at checkout with the manager to get this ridiculous charge removed. After wasting a significant amount of my time, he reluctantly offered a mere 30% discount, as though he was doing me a favor.The swimming pool is another disappointment — tiny, and existing purely for namesake. Advertising it as a facility is misleading.My two-day stay in Pondicherry was completely ruined because of this experience, and I would strongly discourage anyone from staying at The Promenade. I genuinely hope this complaint reaches the senior leadership of Sarovar Hotels & Resorts, including the General Manager and CEO, because the level of service and customer treatment at this hotel is unacceptable and damaging to the brand’s reputation.
