Arrival was pain free, directions given were spot on. Pet friendly with a pretty lake to walk around to actually stretch the dog's legs. Staff were very welcoming. The apartment faced over fields, with birdlife aplenty. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept in for a long time. The shower is larger than expected and works very well, hot water in abundance. The best thing for me is the peace and quiet due to the location. There was a hob, kettle, toaster and a microwave that we didn't use, but would make a multi-day stay more convenient. Can recommend as a place to stay.

Oue room was clean and ready upon arrival. However, the air conditioning was inadequate for the room. Staff was great, friendly and helpful. Breakfast service is quite limited for hot items

The staff were helpful, friendly, and cheerful. We were welcomed whenever we encountered a staff person. The maintenance guy even helped us locate our car in the multilevel parking garage! Loved the experience!

Our room was comfortable and clean. The restaurant food and service was great. Everyone was pleasant and engaged to make our stay enjoyable. Definitely would return.

We had a wonderful stay! The facility was very nice; we had clean room, with a comfortable mattress, and all of the staff were terrific. We had a delicious meal at the restaurant Saturday evening. Information for folks considering a stay. Keep in mind this is not a bed and breakfast with homemade breakfast, but rather an Inn, with a full and wonderful Continental breakfast. It may be difficult for folks with bad knees; the guest rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floor, although someone will help with luggage. Also if there's an event parking may be tight. These are certainly not breakers, this is one of the nicest Inns we've stayed at! We had such a great experience and enjoyed the sunset over the lake!

The breakfast included plentiful choices for food, and the service was excellent.

A sold 8/10, good size rooms, mine was a roof room, I could imagine this would get very warm during the summer months, the bed and bedding were excellent, the room was a little tired, the velux blinds frayed around the edges, as a result they let light in. The outdoor roof pool is unusable, wonderful veiws from up there, but the space really needs a make over. I didn't use the spa. The location is amazing, the staff wonderfull, the parking is problematic, the Bar is great, I didn't use the resteraunt. I honestly would sray here again, it represents good value for money. In fact I'm very much looking forward to going back to Ubeda! Amazing part of the world.

Very disappointed with my stay. I booked a king corner suite well in advance for my son’s prom night and paid over $500. I called ahead and was approved for early check-in, and I arrived two hours before the standard 4 PM check-in. Even arriving that early, I was told the hotel had overbooked and was “upgrading” me to a standard room with two queen beds — a room that normally goes for under $200. If they were already overbooked at 2 PM, how many people were allowed to check in early ahead of guests like me who reserved a premium suite in advance? When I asked to see the room first, the manager (I believe his name was Josh) told me he’d have to release my reservation and couldn’t guarantee it would still be available when I came back, leaving me with no real choice. The “upgrade” amounted to access to snacks like granola bars, which was useless to us since we were only there to get ready for prom. Several other families in the lobby were experiencing the same thing, and I overheard that a family with a connection to staff received an actual suite. When I followed up with management the next day, the response was dismissive and I was told to call corporate. The property itself was clean, and I appreciated that. But paying premium prices for a downgraded room and being met with a rude, unhelpful manager is unacceptable. I will be contacting corporate.

Beautiful, eclectic, artsy and amazing hotel! We had a wonderful three day stay and enjoyed every moment. The staff was thoughtful, lots of extra treats delivered daily and the beach club was super fun and comfortable. We would stay again in a heartbeat!
