Fantastic location and service. Staff were very supporting and gracefully food was good. Himalaya View from balcony was mesmerising .

The location is very good near Wangfujing street and apm mall also subway. Staff are very helpful, Room is clean perfect stay!

I expected a bit better for the price and for the brand. Overall quite worn, dirty carpets, moldy molding, leaky toilet floor… it just wasn’t up to par with the Pullman brand and left me feeling like the lobby is what they focus on and not the rest of the hotel upkeep. Most of the pumps in the bathroom did not work, they tried fixing but they didn’t work and it left a lot to be desired for the price point. The staff were really lovely, the food was fantastic, but seems like they’ve had a hard time keeping up the rooms and the quality in-room.

There was to complain about - wonderful!

Cuando reservé la habitación en las fotos figuraba una butaca, pero cuando llegué no la había, y yo las valoro mucho. La pedí en recepción y me dijeron que al día siguiente lo solucionarían. Cuando volví al hotel me encontré que habían dejado un banquito de ducha, no la butaca solicitada, y lo dejé correr. Habitación limpia y tranquila, con un ba?o agradable, cama cómoda. La única pega es que a ciertas horas se oían todos los ba?os de las habitaciones aleda?as, con lo que si tus vecinos madrugaban tú también. Eso sí, una magnífica ubicación, y disponer de garaje también es un plus.
