房间的设施还有环境还行，但是毕竟3000多一晚，结合价格来看只能説一般，槽点真是满满, 首先摆渡接驳车严重不足，就两辆吧，等个半小时都等不到，要么就别提供这个服务，直接让我们自驾得了，提供了又服务不了，何必呢, 其次附近的中华龙乐园早上八点半就开始蹦迪，一直到下午四五点，一个主打森林旅游休息享受的酒店，从早吵到晚，不是你们的问题，但你们作为景区的酒店不知道沟通一下吗？, 第三，早饭，没东西吃，种类极少，一共七八个种类外加馄饨麪条，3300多一晚的酒店，还不如快捷酒店的早饭，早饭区域也是很小，九点多到的，自助连个菜都看不到，只有几种馒头，刚开始煎鸡蛋还得客人自己来，后面来了个酒店人员帮忙煎，真的极其离谱，就餐体验极差, 衞生，也是一言难尽，有些地方根本没打扫，打扫阿姨都不知道有几个房间，居然漏打扫了, 另外景区的环湖餐厅能不去就别去，旅游团餐水平，但是价格很贵，很难吃，，性价比很差，当然这个跟酒店无关，只是提醒一下, 可以看出来整个酒店对于节假日的准备非常不充分，一个来了就不想再来，也会劝周围人不要来的地方

Super séjour à All Suites Hostel bassin d’Arcachon ! L’h?tel est magnifique, très bien décoré et on s’y sent tout de suite bien. Le personnel est vraiment gentil, accueillant et professionnel. La chambre était superbe, très jolie décoration, propre et avec une agréable odeur dès l’arrivée, tout comme l’h?tel. La salle de bain est également très belle. Gros point positif : la télévision permet d’avoir Chromecast, Netflix, YouTube, etc., ce qui est vraiment appréciable pour se détendre le soir. Le restaurant de l’h?tel est incroyable, nous avons très bien mangé, tout était délicieux. Le cadre est aussi très agréable avec un lac juste à c?té de l’h?tel, ce qui rend l’endroit encore plus reposant. Une excellente expérience, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

The staff are super friendly and helpful especially JJ . The chefs can cook some fabulous dishes.

Room was very warm, window could only open. A tiny bit, no fans or Aircon, no fridge

Came for breakfast with fried such a lovely restaurant staff are very polite and kind food are delicious no doubt the manager das and kumaresab was professional service by gopal ,Manash,nivas, Uday was very attentive to us rajesh and pinky was very helpful for selecting dishes ane ordering for us special food from chef special
