We had the best honeymoon experience at Can Ferrereta. The staff all went above and beyond, and you could truly feel the magic and joy in the air across the whole hotel. I’d absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a special, romantic getaway. The food was exceptional across breakfast, the Pool Bar and the Ocre Restaurant. We really enjoyed our Spa experience - it was the best massage I have ever had. I cannot wait to return because the hotel stay was a fantastic experience.

I received a significantly worse room than the one I booked, and the hotel is refusing to change it. I booked a “Standard Country House Double with Garden View”, which, according to the description and photos, includes two large windows, two armchairs with a table, and is located on the 1st or 2nd floor. Instead, I was given a “Small Double Room” on the 3rd floor, with only one small window and without the two armchairs and table, which is clearly a lower-category room and materially different from what I booked. The reception manager informed me that the hotel is fully occupied and that changing the room is not possible. Additionally, upon check-in, the reception manager refused to provide the room keys unless I “mandatorily provided my email address” in a notebook. This appears to be a violation of privacy and personal data protection. The dental kit is not included in the room by default and is available only for an additional charge. The room does not have a refrigerator. +1 extra star for the fresh berries and really good breakfast.

Unser zweiter Aufenthalt in dem Hotel und genau so sch?n wie der Erste. Wir lieben das freundliche Service Personal, das tolle Frühstück und das geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus. Der Garten mit dem Pool ist wunderbar zum entspannen und auch der kleine Wellness Bereich einfach nur sch?n. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Everything was OK except some of SERVICE was not good. One of SERVICE water bottle no provide.

I loved my 3 night stay at this hotel. It was so comfortable and cozy, and my small outside balcony overlooking the town was an added plus. The staff were friendly and their food and tourist destinations recommendations were excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this special hotel and mountain village in Broto.

Front desk and all staff are very helpful.

1) Location is good. 2) Room looks very basic with cleanliness can be improved further (eg. floor carpet is dusty). Door is also difficult to open. 3) No proper shower door, will cause the floor to wet after bathing.

Habitué de l’établissement depuis maintenant 4 ans, c’est toujours un réel plaisir d’y séjourner. Le cadre extérieur est magnifique : un environnement boisé, calme et parfaitement entretenu. Cela apporte une vraie sensation de détente dès l’arrivée. L’accueil est toujours chaleureux, souriant et professionnel. On se sent attendu et bien re?u à chaque séjour. Un grand merci également au service en salle, toujours attentif, agréable, efficace et aux petits soins, avec un service fluide et sans attente. C?té cuisine, le repas est toujours délicieux, avec une belle prise en compte du sans gluten, ce qui est très appréciable. La cuisine est vraiment hors pair et mérite d’être félicitée pour la qualité et la régularité des plats proposés. Enfin, un mot pour l’hygiène irréprochable de l’établissement : les chambres sont impeccables et parfaitement entretenues. Merci pour ce travail de qualité au quotidien. Une adresse que je recommande sans hésiter et où je reviens toujours avec plaisir !

Everything was perfect. Extremely helpful and pleasant staff in all departments, spotless, comfortable classic double room with lovely toiletries in the bathroom and a fantastic breakfast.
