非常好的酒店

整体体验很舒服，房间乾净整洁，床品柔软，隔音也不错，睡得很踏实。前台服务热情，办理入住快捷，细节到位。位置方便，出行省心，下次来还会优先选这家，推荐！

酒店很大，房间宽敞

It was a nice clean place, which is greatly appreciated. Would have been five star if they had complimentary coffee in the lobby. I get it though being more of a business stop for people.

Our room was excellent with lovely restaurant and great beach access

I am a driver visiting Balaram Resort after nearly 12 hours of continuous driving from Nashik, Maharashtra. The way drivers are treated here is completely unacceptable. Basic facilities provided are in a very poor condition. The beds are unhygienic, the toilets and bathrooms don’t even have proper doors, and there is no electricity. After such a long journey, these are not luxuries — they are basic necessities. Drivers are not machines. We are human beings and deserve proper rest, hygiene, and dignity. The current arrangements clearly show a lack of concern and respect for drivers. The management needs to take this seriously and improve the facilities immediately.

其他都挺好的。就是酒店有一些老旧，设施不全，不过价格是真香，不用考虑其他的，酒店附近环境也很好，跑步感觉不错的

The property's location was perfect. It is in an old historic building, so that is to be taken into perspective. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options.
