I absolutely loved staying here. Lovely people even though I didn’t know any French they were very patient with me and overall best stay whilst I was in France. Thank you

Stayed here while visiting Canadian National Vimy Memorial and other Canadian WWI sites, and the location was absolutely ideal. The staff were incredibly helpful, the hotel was very clean, and dinner was excellent. Having Louvre-Lens just across the street was an added bonus. There was also ample free parking, which made exploring the area by car very easy. The continental breakfast was decent, though my expectations may have been a little too high after such a fantastic meal the night before.

Bed is comfortable and toilet has wet and dry area. However bathroom mat to dry foot is not provided. No coffee or tea in the room. The small washer is small located on 6th floor in open area. Wifi connection is stable. A big TV in the room. Airport transfer is provided.

酒店回复：Dear Guest,Thank you so much for your lovely review and honest feedback. We’re happy you enjoyed the comfortable bed, separated wet and dry bathroom, stable Wi-Fi, big TV and our airport transfer service. We’re really sorry for not providing bathroom foot mats and in-room coffee & tea. We’ve already added them to all rooms right away.We also take your note about the small washing machine on the 6th floor on board, and we will make improvements soon.Thank you again for your kind suggestion. We hope to welcome you back very soon!Best regardsThe Team

Rooms have deteriorated, we go about 3 times a year to visit family and the rooms definitely worse every time, looking very tired, holes and paint chips in Bedroom & Bathroom, bedside table missing, towels missing, also missing last visit! Bed comfortable as always and it is clean! I know we only book a standard room but it’s below standard, things need to be uplifted & rooms checked as they obviously aren’t! Not sure if we will use them again!

The hotel and property is very nice. The building is modern and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable.

Hotel experience was wonderful. Stag was very nice and helpful. Our stay was excellent!!

The hotel is not to the standard that I typically expect of Wyndham properties. At some point, it may have been a premium hotel but it is very dated. The lobby, restaurant, and conference rooms are decent. But, the hotel rooms are poorly decorated and look cheap. Additionally, our first room had an AC unit that didn’t work. Fortunately, the clerk provided us another room. The price is relatively low but the lodging is not a good value.

酒店回复：Thank you for your review of our hotel. I am so sorry to hear there was an issue with the AC in your room and you did not find the decor of our guestrooms appealing. I hope you will give us another try again soon. Becki LewisGeneral ManagerWyndham Riverfront

The seaview rooms were amazing with a lovely view of the beach , and few steps away fr beach. They had a lovely infinity pool so cool ! The staff was very friendly especially Niceey and Marie, Egbert the cook and the restaurant manager Amit was so special, sweet and professional I wanted to take him home with us ! Beaches were spectacular to say the least and rustically beautiful. The food was pleasantly surprising and offered many fresh and different options every night. Chill place to relax and enjoy the nature and miracle warmth of the island and its people . I would go back and I would also recommend!!!!
