Personale sempre imbronciato, arrabbiato che non fa mai un sorriso e non mette proprio agio il cliente colazione appena sufficiente con la frutta troppo matura quasi marcia una torta misera le brioche che sono gommose e la pulizia della camera chebnon spostavano neanche le scarpe per pulire il pavimento, ma ci giravano attorno per non parlare dei cagnolini che sono ben accetti però quando esci non lo puoi lasciare in camera da solo, però il supplemento giornaliero se lo prendono eccome. sconsiglierei un soggiorno in questo hotel.

We had a wonderful time. The hotel was very clean, staff were exceptional! They helped at every opportunity and were always very gracious. The breakfast menu was very extensive, something for everyone. There was even a gluten free nook. Thanks for helping making our first time in Italy great!

Lovely hotel, good food, excellent views, loved the hot tub! Beds were comfortable and the pillows were good (not the horrible cardboard ones you find in some hotels)

哪个温泉池里麪都是树叶小虫子，而且下水口都是坏的，把自己脚都划伤了，1700多一晚的房间，没有一点防护措施
