房间乾净整洁，湖景房景色很好非常满意！酒店环境很不错！自驾去酒店也很方便。有自己的地上地下停车场，新能源车冲电也很方便。早餐也可以就是品种有点少。

Good stay and cute property! We stayed here for 8 nights and enjoyed our stay. Upon arriving we were a little disappointed with the quality of our room (we were in a non renovated room) for a 4 star property. But the staff was understanding and gave us a credit for staying on site. Overall enjoyed our stay. Pool and beach were amazing! The Spa was also a big highlight - really enjoyed our massages!

Nettes Hotel mit sehr gutem Frühstück und ausreichend kostenlosen Parkpl?tze in der N?he.

这次来普洱游玩，入住的德庭花园酒店茶马古城店，整体体验特别舒心。酒店地理位置挺不错，挨着茶马古城，出门逛吃游玩都方便，开车过来也有免费车位，停车不用发愁。进店就能感受到满满的本地氛围，工作人员态度都很亲切热情，办理入住流程很快。 房间空间挺大，住着不压抑，内部收拾得乾乾净净，日常居住的设施都齐全。床垫枕头舒适度不错，晚上休息得很踏实。屋里还准备了茶具和茶叶。 整体性价比挺高，环境、衞生和服务都在线，出行游玩住着省心舒服。

Everything was satisfactory until the morning of checkout. My wife went for a run in the morning, and the bellboy ran after her to ask if she was going to check out, as if she intended to steal from the premises. This occurred at 9:30am, although check-out was not until 12 p.m. After we completed the checkout process, the bellboy refused to assist us with our luggage. He merely watched as I carried the luggage down the stairs and into the taxi, without offering any help or taking any action. I believe that hotels should exercise great caution in their hiring procedures. Although it was a holiday in Colombia, it is not the guest’s fault if an employee is having a bad day.

Nice property! But was disappointed in the breakfast

Wor waren schon einige Male iim Domhof über das Wochenende. Wir haben uns immer sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei unserem letzten Besuch wunderten wir uns über die Rechnung und Zahlung beim Einchecken vor dem Aufenthalt. Das ist kein Problem, aber schon ungew?hnlich. Das Rolltor der Tiefgarage bleibt nun über Nacht ge?ffnet. Da wir mit Oldtimer anreisen, fanden wir das etwas besorgniserregend. Bei der Abreise ist die Parkgebühr nun an einem Automaten zu entrichten. Ca. 20 Euro pro Tag. Bei Reservierung eines Parkplatzes noch 10 Euro t?glich zus?tzlich. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Frühstück lecker wie immer. Das Personal sehr freundlich.

Rooms were very clean, nightly mini concerts, please remember parking is not free.
