Excellent Hotel from.staff to room quality. Only criticism is restaurant is a little expensive but just a small gripe

Well located and being steps away from SM Clark. Room is quiet which is very much needed due to working late night. Very friendly people and great customer service BIGGEST DOWNSIDE: Shower area wasn’t draining and water was pooling on the floor. We had to use our feet to clear the water Bath towels are very old and worn out

Room are clean,Good service from receptionist from check in to check out.Conveniently hotel location from ferry terminal.

We booked "ocean front" upon arrival we were put in a marina room, which we considered bay and ocean view

Soon as you step through the door you instantly feel relaxed. Whilst been warmly welcomed, you're invited into the lounge area for a coffee and a sweet danish. The rooms are stylish with an extremely comfortable bed with excellent quality linen. Perfect for any couple wanting a luxurious retreat.

Very clean updates. Staff very welcoming enjoyed the free breakfast and coffee. Easy walking to restaurants downtown. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a nice stay even though all restaurants were not open and there was a power outage.

Amazing staff and pool. Super clean. Price of restaurant and market was very high

The only good is the beach is so beautiful. If you looking for a relaxing beach vacay this is not the place go to Mexico. The hotel takes full advantage of you knowing one has limited choices in Naples for a beach front hotel and that is very sad. Standing in a hot line listening to guest argue who was first and who left there bag as there place in line to pay almost $40 for an umbrella after paying dearly for a room with added resort fees is crazy. The hotel should care enough about its guests (knowing the majority are not use to the heat) to want to offer a little shade with their little umbrellas. The drinks are very small and very watered down for a $17 price tag. The server of the beach was so kind, but by herself and couldn’t keep up, while there many bartenders just standing around. There was an awful smell around the pool. Rooms were large, but a little dated. Food was good, but very pricey. This is not any means is not a resort.
